D & G had someone come to the house the day I called. They stayed for way over an hour looking into every nook and cranny to find the root cause. They found it and were able to talk about a plan of action that day. They came the very next day to start the work. They protected our floors and taped things off to keep the house clean. Communication was often and clear. We received pictures of everything they were doing. The clean up was so through that we really couldn't even tell that they were there aside from the exposed pipes they were repairing.
