A lot of homeowners think a bathroom has to be completely torn apart before it feels new again. That's not always the case. Sometimes the right targeted updates are all it takes to make a space feel like it belongs in your home.
Here's what we were working with - outdated flooring that had seen better days and a vanity that just wasn't cutting it anymore. We pulled the old flooring out, laid down new LVP, swapped in a fresh white vanity with a stone-look top, and updated the plumbing fixtures to match. Clean brushed nickel hardware throughout ties everything together without feeling overdone.
The LVP we installed is a great fit for bathrooms. It handles moisture well, it's easy to clean, and it holds up to daily use far better than a lot of traditional flooring options. The gray wood-look planks also do a nice job of complementing the light wall color without competing with it.
The vanity swap made a big impact too. Going from whatever was there before to a white shaker-style cabinet with an open bottom shelf and a square undermount sink - it just cleans the whole space up. Pair that with a framed mirror and matching towel hardware, and you've got a bathroom that actually feels intentional.
Not every bathroom needs a full gut renovation to get results worth being proud of. A focused scope - new floors, a new vanity, updated plumbing - can go a long way. That's kind of the point of what we do.
